I am new to Laundry Locker Services – will I be able to use it?

- Laundry Locker Services is very easy to use – you need to just follow the guidelines as mentioned in our page “LLS Work flow and process”

If I don’t have locker at my building, can I still use your LLS services?

- We have lot of locker systems installed at various buildings across Kuwait, so you can contact our corporate office and they will guide you to the nearest building where our locker system is installed.

Do you have monthly laundry subscriptions?

Of course, we do. Please contact our corporate office and they will guide you about it.

When must the payment be made?

Once the clothes are washed/ironed, we will send you the status notification and you must make the payment. Only when the payment is made, we will send the locker number and the password code (for opening the locker) so you can go and collect the clothes.

What happens if the clothes get damaged or lost?

We ensure 99.99% guarantee that the clothes will not be lost or damaged. But in remote cases if it does, we have fair claims policy for which you can contact our corporate office.

What are the service charges and laundry charges?

We charge KD 5 per month from members as service charges in advance. The other laundry charges are as follows;
